We design, permit and build accessory dwelling units for homeowners across Miami-Dade. Licensed and insured.
What do we build?
Four kinds of unit: detached ADUs, garage conversions, attached in-law suites and efficiency apartments. We also handle design and permits, so one team carries the project from zoning to final inspection.
Where do we work?
Miami, Coral Gables, Miami Gardens, Kendall and North Miami. We come to your property; there is no walk-in office.
How do we work?
- Jurisdiction first. City or county decides the rules, so we confirm it before anything else.
- Wind and water up front. Hurricane code and flood elevation shape the design from day one.
- Written, itemized quotes. You see what each part costs before construction.
- Straight answers. If a unit does not fit your lot or budget, we say so.
- Dated sources. Each rule here carries the date we checked it and its source.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. ADU Craft Miami is licensed and insured. Florida contractor licenses are issued through DBPR, and we include our license and insurance details with every quote so you can verify them on MyFloridaLicense.com.
